Being involved in the design of a luxury beach resort in Cesme, presents a unique opportunity for dealing with particular issues and stakes. The challenge of the project stems from the confrontation of this type of program with the exceptional context of Cesme, one of Turkey's cultural and historical centres with dominant relevance in the Mediterranean - being a modern a town and yet has kept its historical integrity intact.

As for the program, our main issue was how to approach the design development questioning notions such as leisure, community, intimacy, luxury, program strategies and design added value in commercial projects.
